We have an 18’ X 36’ in ground pool. We have had it for fifteen years.
For thirteen years we had all kinds of covers…mesh winter covers, solid
winter covers, and lots and lots of solar blankets for summer. We tried
it all. Then I finally decided to look into the automated pool cover.
Wow…why didn’t I have one years ago? It absolutely does it all. It is a
winter cover, a solar blanket and has reduced my chemical use tremendously!
The first summer we had the cover I thought something was drastically
wrong with my chlorinator. Then I realized my automated pool cover was
helping me use less chlorine to do the same job, and a lot less water
to evaporate. In fact the first spring I opened the pool it was almost
as clean as it was when I closed it and the water level was right where
I left it when I closed it! I would certainly recommend this pool cover
for anyone that has a pool. It absolutely does lots of jobs and replaces
the need for more than one type of cover. Ours was installed after the
pool was constructed and it rolls up under the diving board, looks great
and is out of the way while we use the pool. The safety of having my pool
securely covered also gives me the peace of mind. This is an honest

This spring we decided to install an above ground swimming pool in our yard.
While I looked forward to the fun the family would have, I was consumed by the
fear that some child might be hurt. The five foot fence and locking gate we
have did little to comfort me as I had seen even my own children climb it with
ease. I began an extensive search for a product to ease my fears.
My search on the internet led me to research automatic pool covers.

three months since the installation of our cover. We have realized many more
benefits from the cover than we ever imagined! Our pool is located directly under
two large trees and the cover has kept our pool free of debris and crystal clear

matter of minutes we can clean the cover of leaves and be swimming! We have

Dear Pool Cover Specialist,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all the help you gave me to install
the pool cover at my rental home on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The trip to
New Jersey to learn the ropes on installing pool covers was successful and fun and I
had no trouble installing my own cover. It works great. Because we rent to families
with small children, I feel much more comfortable about pool safety. We have the key
mechanisim mounted on a five foot 4X4 near the pool and have poolside telephone to keep
care keepers near the pool. In order to test the integrity of your product, shortly
after installing it, I arranged to have Hurricane Dennis (Aug.28-Sept.4) visit the
area. While the surrounding fence was damaged, the cover and housing for the mechanism
was unscathed. Hurricane Floyd (Sept.13-17) quickly followed with similar results.
Finally, Hurricane Irene (Oct.15-17) tried one last time to make a mockery of your
product to no avail. I think you can now safely say that the cover has sustained
hurricane force winds.

I wanted to let you know just how much I appreciated your quick response to our call the
day before about our pool cover not opening or closing. I had been trying to work with
another company down in Utah County because it was closer and got so frustrated because their
service was so poor. The other company came out finally and closed our pool cover manually
(the liability of having a pool open and everyone at work during the day made us so nervous)
but never would call us and tell us what was wrong or what they could do. After a week and
no help at all, I called Aquatech and told them I needed help as they put in our pool.
They recommended you and I know I have used you once or twice in years before but not for
anything major. I had a family party on Saturday, 2 days away, and you told me on Thursday
that you would try for Friday but it could be Saturday. Your guy showed up Friday
morning and stayed and installed a new motor. My husband and I knew that could be
a possibility and would be expensive, but the fact that you are equally as busy and your
technician was here for a few hours and took care of everything was a lifesaver.
I know this emergency call put other customers behind and delayed their needs and I didn't
want to let this slide by without having you know it was so appreciated. Your customer
service was excellent and it will be remembered.
